INTRODUCTION TO JUDAISM OPEN CLASSES

We have had a wonderful and meaningful first month of class and are looking forward to continuing our learning together. The rabbi will be looking at Jewish history and all Beit Shalom members are welcome to join in these classes. Classes are $5 each, or $10 for non members.

All classes run for ninety minutes and are held on Wednesday evengings. Classes will start at 7:30 p.m.

Prayer Book Hebrew

Rabbi Kaminsky will offer a course over four Thursday evenings designed for those who can decipher Hebrew but do not understand the language. Participants will build a small but useful vocabulary of words that appear frequently in the language of prayer. Classes meet for an hour at 7:30 p.m. Tuition is $20 for members of Beit Shalom and the Adelaide Hebrew Congregation and $40 for non-members.
